“Don’t taze me bro! Don’t taze me!”

345.7

Coming back down. I have reason to believe this is fairly accurate, even though my scale goes nuts every once in a while. One day last week it said I was 339 (if only!). But the the holes in my belt and other …circumstances, seem to validate this reading.

Of course, I’m going on an extended weekend trip this Thursday which means fast food on the road and great (if not healthy) food and booze at the destination, but I’m hoping to focus on the riding as much as possible to stay busy and stay distracted.

I dunno what the **** is going on. After yesterday’s weigh-in I had to try it today. The yo-yo goes up, the yo-yo goes down.

Update: Disregard all my weigh-ins. This morning I got on the scale: 340.2. Woohoo! Wait, that can’t be right. Tried it again: 337.5. Oh. Again: 345. Again: 344.2. Crap. Scale’s either busted or the battery has already weakened. I sure hope it’s the battery because I’ve only had this thing a few months.

Hey, at least I had a lot of fun in Butte on St. Patty’s day…

After several weigh-ins in the mid-340’s (not all published here) and trying routine changes that didn’t work, I dropped back down a bit. Gotta stick to the smaller evening meals. That seems to work better. I dropped 2 pounds eating burgers with salads for lunch and lite dinners. Must have to do with how much food I pack off to bed and/or less activity (read: parking my ass in front of the computer) in the evening.

Down a tenth of a pound after another rollercoaster week where I didn’t keep my eye on the prize. I didn’t weigh myself on Friday, but Saturday I was 345.
