- Friday was my birthday.

- Saturday was poker night.
- Sunday night was another birthday dinner.
- I’m not posting my weight today. It’s too depressing. But Friday morning was awesome. In fact, for purely psychological reasons, I think I’m going to post my Friday weigh-ins from now on.
